The Moldova Invitation Letter will be officially approved and issued by the General Inspectorate for Migration (IGM), Moldova.
MIIB prepares and submits your application. The approval decision and the invitation letter come from the IGM.

Is MIIB a government office or an authorised consultant?
No. MIIB is an independent commercial service. We are not a government authority, embassy or consulate, and we are not an officially authorised immigration consultant. We help you prepare and submit your invitation application.
Can I apply alone?
No. Invitations are issued for group tours of at least 2 travellers. Add every person in your group to one application.
What does MIIB provide?
Only invitation letters for Moldova. We do not submit visa applications or offer any other immigration service.
How long does it take?
Applications are processed within 8 to 10 working days after payment. Your dashboard shows a countdown, and we email you the moment your invitation is ready.
When do I get my tracking number?
Immediately after payment. It appears in your dashboard and in every email we send you.
How much does it cost?
The service fee is €300 per person, paid online by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. You receive a receipt by email. Example: a group of 3 people pays €900.
What if a document is missing or unclear?
We email you and the request appears in your dashboard, where you can upload or replace the file.
